Program Highlights
This is a 12 month Post Graduate Certificate in Life Insurance program (PGCLI), which involves:
- Four months of virtual classroom training (VLC) online with Manipal.
- Two months of on-the-job training with HDFC Life with monthly stipend of ₹5,000
- Six months internship with HDFC Life with a stipend of ₹20,000*per month along with performance-based incentives**
Registration Process
All graduates are welcome to apply ( Age upto 30 years). Shortlisted students have to undergo an aptitude test online and an interview thereafter, to get selected for the program.

Job Roles
You will lead a team of Financial Consultants, also called as agents, who sell directly to customers.
You will be posted at a bank branch and will work with the bank's staff to sell insurance plans to their customers.
You will be on the front line, interacting with consumers and converting them into HDFC Life Insurance customers.
